How do I make a booking
Simply select the product of your choice and follow the onscreen
instructions to submit an enquiry. An Ausglobal Travel agent
will respond within 48 hours to process your erquiry. Alternatively
you can call us on 08 8261 0503 during regular business hours
Monday to Friday.
How
far in advance can I make a booking?
There are generally no limitations and advance bookings can
secure you some great savings. Destinations and specific offers
will constantly be updated so please check the website or
speak to an agent on 08 8261 0503
What
if I require facilities for special needs?
Please make special requirement requests at the time of booking.
What
if I am travelling for a special occasion?
If you are travelling for a special occasion such as your
honeymoon or celebrating a milestone birthday, please let
us know.
What
about transport to and from my holiday destination?
A number of airfares can be used in conjunction with your
holiday package or may already be included as part of the
advertised holiday package. Please check with an Ausglobal
Travel Agent if you are unsure of transport inclusions. It
is important to note that all airfares are subject to availability
and many have special conditions that apply.
How
do I pay?
Ausglobal Travel accepts Bank Card, MasterCard, VISA, American
Express, cheque, money orders, direct deposit and cash.
Who
do I contact to make a booking, check an existing booking
or change my booking?
When you submit a holiday or hotel enquiry on our website
an Ausglobal Travel agent will then contact you to process
your booking. Following this, any subsequent queries or changes
must be directed to the agent that handled your booking.
When
will I receive my travel documentation?
After full payment has been received, your travel documents
will be sent out to you confirming your booking. This documentation
will generally be dispatched 4 weeks prior to your departure,
or earlier.
